dc.description.abstract	Marla Lobley will share the team building efforts that have been successful at Linscheid Library at East Central University. The library has 1 director, 5 librarians, 7 full time staff and 20+ students. Due to the team building efforts, the library has been able to collaboratively create a strategic plan, build escape rooms and implement a website redesign. The presentation will outline the process that facilitated successful collaboration including: identifying individual strengths, establishing ground rules, increasing comfort level with healthy confrontation, and building trust through one on ones. Participants will receive ideas and materials that can be applied in any library setting.	en_US
