dc.description.abstract | The study examined Help-Seeking likelihood and its association with Islamoprejudice and self-stigma in faith groups. Statistical analysis was completed to assess the effects of stigma against Help-Seeking Behavior. The perception of Islamoprejudice in Christian, Agnostic, Atheist and Muslim Americans was studied. The study looked at the perception of Islamophobia and its association with help-seeking likelihood behavior for the Muslim participants. Data was collected using various personal contacts and crowdsourcing tool Prolific (Peer, Samat, Brandimarte, & Acquisti, 2016), only from participants who live in the United States. | |
