Item Effectiveness of spinal stabilization exercises on dynamic balance in adults with subacute and chronic low back pain: A randomized clinical trial(8/14/2019) Alshehre, Yousef Moshabab; Brizzolara, KelliThe primary purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of SSEs on dynamic balance in adults with subacute and chronic LBP. Specifically, performance on the YBT will be compared between participants with subacute and chronic LBP who receive an SSE program (treatment group) and those who receive a general exercise (GE) program. The GE program consists of a general range-of-motion (ROM) and flexibility exercises (placebo group). The secondary aim of this study is to examine whether or not the participants receiving an SSE program will have greater improvement in pain intensity and disability level than those who receive a GE program.
