This evaluation must be objective, reliable, and valid. This study evaluated interrater reliability between occupational therapists scoring ten items in the Fieldwork Evaluation after reading a case study. A case study about an occupational therapy student completing her fieldwork, the Fieldwork Evaluation with the ten items to be scored highlighted, a letter of instruction, and an individual questionnaire were sent to therapists. Thirty-three were returned. Intraclass correlation was determined in three areas, performance, judgement, and attitude. None of the areas demonstrated a high degree of interrater reliability.
