The sample included 30 executives from three different companies. Tools utilized included the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory to assess level of anxiety, the Bortner Rating Scale to assess pattern of behavior, and a demographic data sheet. Statistical analysis was achieved by calculation of a chi-square, Mann-Whitney U, and Wilcoxin Rank Sum W test. Results of the data analysis indicated no relationship existed between level of anxiety and pattern of behavior in this group of executives.en-USRelationship between patterns of behavior and levels of anxiety in executivesThesis
