The ratio of minorities is less than whites in STEM fields. If STEM workers feel welcomed and valued, then there will be inclusion and diversity in the workplace. By the end of the paper, we discuss the probable causes and reasons for light engagement of minorities, although they have degrees in STEM. We hope to understand how and why minorities are viewed so differently and why each minority faces different prejudices. We also hope to understand how we, as minorities, need to prepare ourselves for biases, prejudgments, and injustices in future STEM careers.en-USRacial Diversity and Discrimination in STEM FieldsPresentation
