Methodology: Research and review articles curated from library sources with publishing dates no later than 2005. Keywords for the search included but were not limited to: Visual impairment, virtual reality, and instruction. References from review articles were used to source and verify data.Implications: The review implies that though VR appears to be a viable supplementary instructional tool for individuals with VI.
