The Wilcoxen matched -pairs signed rank test was used for nonparametric analysis of the pertinent data released by Company X for the purpose of this research. Analysis of the data revealed no significant difference at the .05 level in the prepilot benefit analysis. However, Company X management was pleased with the amount and the quality of the benefits of the Nurse CARE Program and, as a result of this study, will continue to fund the program for two additional years.en-USThesis
