A researcher-developed, Likert-type questionnaire was prepared and mailed out to all 50 - 200 bed acute care hospitals in Texas. The 2-part Likert-type questionnaire included demographic data and frequency of tasks performed. The results of the study indicated that there were no significant differences in tasks performed by Registered Record Administrator and Accredited Record Technician directors of medical record departments in 50 - 200 bed acute care hospitals in the State of Texas.en-USThesis
