Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of music relaxation training on learning. Sixteen female college students who were assigned to two groups: (a) music relaxation training group (RM), (n = 8); and (b) no music-relaxation training group (NRM), (n = 8).
All subjects were given the pretest of anatomy and physiology words and definitions. The experimental group received four training sessions. All subjects were given the post-test, with the experimental group receiving the music relaxation training.
An Analysis of Covariance on post-test vocabulary scores was used to test the null hypothesis. Since no significant differences were found, the null hypothesis was accepted.
