The Family System and Alopecia Areata: A Phenomenological Study of Family Members Lived Experiences

This qualitative phenomenological study examined the lived experiences of family members of individuals diagnosed with alopecia areata, a chronic autoimmune disease, which destroys the growth of hair follicles on the scalp and the body. Currently, alopecia areata affects transcribed word for word, and analyzed to establish themes.
