dc.description.abstract | Using the descriptive method of research, the job satisfaction level and variety of skill were determined for a systemized sample of full-time licensed Texas dental hygienists working in private practice. Surveys used were the Job Dimensions Questionnaire and the Skills Variety Questionnaire. Only one significant conclusion was drawn. The level of job satisfaction for licensed Texas dental hygienists indicated that the majority were satisfied with their jobs. | en_US |
